We aim to tackle the 'sequence-to-function problem' — the challenge of predicting what a gene or protein actually does based on its sequence alone. It remains one of the greatest outstanding challenges in biology and a key barrier to making biology truly interpretable and engineerable. We believe SeqHub, combined with a community of researchers working together, can help accelerate the path to solving it.

SeqHub is a platform built by Tatta Bio, a scientific non-profit building genomic intelligence to tackle the sequence-to-function problem. Built on top of our research on genomic language models, SeqHub is a platform for scientists to search, annotate, and share biological sequence data. Our mission has grown beyond building tools — we are cultivating a community of researchers who share, explore, and accelerate discoveries together.
