Collection of genomes from the MB 360 course from Spring 2026.
In the spring of 2026, the MB 360 course worked in groups to sequence and characterize Delftia isolates. This collection has the genomes produced from assembly of Illumina and Nanopore sequences using the BV-BRC Comprehensive Genome Analysis service. Genomes were assembled with the BV-BRC and fasta files downloaded for analysis here.
